Services

Services will be invoiced in full. A 40% deposit is required after the first meeting, followed by full payment once the story is completed and ready for delivery.

Subscriptions

All our recurring subscriptions will be automatically billed and renewed until we receive notice that you wish to cancel the subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscriptions, please follow these steps:

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at info@histoiresdepapa.com. Any unused credit at the time of cancellation will not be refunded.

Shipping and delivery

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method.
